In a time of scarcity, the temp­ta­tion is to bat­tle over resources. This is a stu­pid mis­take that a church can­not make. It will kill your heart. It will destroy passion. It will turn gospel-work into work-work. This video from IDEO (one of my favorite com­pa­nies), warns about this from a busi­ness posi­tion. It’s worth a watch.
